Welcome to nurtuHER’s Pricing Page, where we’re committed to transparent pricing for our services designed to support you on your journey to wellness. Our licensed counselors and coaches hold specialized certifications and credentials to provide you with the highest quality care.
We currently only offer virtual services, enabling us to fulfill our mission of supporting women across Texas, including those in areas where comprehensive care may be lacking. Our care addresses various aspects of motherhood and transitions, often overlooked or underserved. We aim to redefine motherhood by equipping you for success and providing the resources, tools, and skills needed to thrive in this journey.
Perinatal Mental Health Counseling
Sessions with a master’s level counselor trained in Perinatal Mental Health through Postpartum Support International start at $200 for 50 minutes.
Initial sessions are $230 for a 60-minute session and are priced higher based on the comprehensive assessments and evaluations conducted.
*Please note: We currently do not accept insurance. However, we’ve partnered with Mentaya to streamline reimbursement through out-of-network benefits, with a 5% fee per claim.
EMDR Therapy
Prices starting at $220 per session for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) treatment, an evidence-based therapy for trauma and anxiety
RETAIN Parental Leave Coaching
$230 for 90-minute sessions and $200 for 60-minute sessions, led by a Certified RETAIN Parental Leave Coach.
Fair Play Coaching
$200 per 60-minute individual session and $275 for a 60-minute couples session, facilitated by a Certified Fair Play Facilitator.
